We need

• a completed application form (see below)
  
• copies of your child(ren)’s latest school reports
• 2 copies of a recent passport size photograph of your child(ren)
  
• a photocopy of the passport (particulars page) of your child(ren)
• our registration fee of 6,000 RMB and a returnable deposit of 10,000 RMB for each child.

Our application form is designed so that it can be filled in on your computer and e-mailed to us, or you can print it out and send it or bring it to us.  If you prefer, we can give you a pre-printed application form when you come for a visit.
