Extra Curricular Activities (ECA)

Handbooks 2009/10

We are pleased to be offering a varied ECA programme for the students to be able to participate in throughout the school year. A lot of time and planning has gone into offering a number of activities for all age ranges. ECAs are not compulsory at our school but we encourage every child at the school to get actively involved in the ECAs. It is a fun and rewarding programme and it supplements what is covered in the curriculum and it offers the students the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in an area of interest they will have.

Schoolink

March/April 2009

Welcome to the latest edition of Schoolink, the magazine of the British International School Shanghai, Puxi campus. This publication gives a brief but colourful insight to the life of our busy community. In this issue, away from school a myriad of educational, sporting and cultural trips and visits have been greatly enjoyed. The ACAMIS soccer tournament in Shenzen, a Year 6 trip down the Yangtze River and a Duke of Edinburgh International Award trip to Hainan, are just three examples of the wonderful experiences our pupils have benefited from.
