A Visit to the ParkOn Friday 14 October, Year 6 went to ‘She Shan Sculpture Park’. It was a very exciting trip. The first thing we saw was an enormous sculpture shaped like cheese, in the middle of the first section of the park. I also saw many other sculptures which were very interesting. We walked along a wonderful path to the ‘Dancing Wind’sculpture. We stopped there and sat down on the pontoon to sketch, which we enjoyed. After that, we went over to the field full of sculptures of people. It was funny because Alvern in 6P was sitting next to a sculpture person on a bench, not moving, and we all thought that he was actually a sculpture too! We walked some more to have lunch by the amusements and shops. It was yummy! Just a few metres away was another sculpture called ‘Purple Stones’. By Alley Lim 6S |
