Parent Teacher AssociationSince we believe education is a partnership between our school and our parents the Parents & Teachers Association (PTA) wants to strengthen the community around BISS Puxi. The PTA organizes social events, raises funds for various charity organizations and assists teaching staff at school events. All parents are part of the Parents & Teachers Association (PTA) as soon as their child joins the school. You’re welcome to all events; sometimes with and sometimes without your children. The PTA is run by a committee which consists of people who have experience in and with school. 17 People take care of day to day topics. They are the liaison to a number of teams organizing events like the Welcome Party in September, the Christmas Fayre in December, the International Food Event in February and the Charity Ball in May. Besides this the Room Parent Coordinator connects with the Room Parents and the New Parents Coordinator links with the Country Ambassadors. We are open to all help we can get in both organizing events or support during the events. Please send an email to CLOAKING if you would like to help. Whether you have lots of time or just a bit; it’s an excellent opportunity to get involved and to meet friends along the way.
